Max Vac Sheet Layers Information
The “Max Vac” Sheet Layer is a self-contained unit designed to automatically position loads of well-stacked full sheets onto a single cylinder package lift platform. The plenum raises up and down for maximum clearance of the sheet over the layup line and releases one end at a time providing minimum panel float for accurate placement. Dedicated, two-speed hydraulic motors, with state of the art proximity switches, individually drive the two air plenum belts to assure proper panel alignment.
The two-speed plenum belt transfer system is available with standard or proportional valving. Each “Max Vac” Sheet Layer is custom built to adapt to the existing layup line.
