Modular Frame Press Information
Spar-Tek Industries offers a number of modular press designs for producing long or wide (or both) materials under pressure. Using a modular frame allows for the same machinery to be duplicated any number of times and allows for flexibility of sizes and pressures without having to handle the large pieces that make up a unitized press frame.
These modular presses use multiple frames to cover 16 foot to over 80 foot long material, with widths from under a foot to over eight feet. Pressure ranges from 50 PSI to 500 PSI or more can be designed, with little difference between the individual frames for efficient manufacturing costs and common spare parts.
