Unloader Stacker
The Hot Press Unloader Stacker automatically receives panels directly out of the panel receiving rack. Batch loads can be accumulated up to 60” high.
The Unloader accepts single, double or triple loads and discharges the complete package on to a discharge conveyor.
This machine is suitable for plants with space and is intended to be used in conjunction with a Spar Tek Charging System.
A simple hydraulic infeed roll and pinch wheel assembly, along with the chain reeve hydraulic platform lift provides trouble free operation.
The heavy-duty structural frame and cushioned panel squaring assemblies will insure many years of dependable operation.
The Unloader Stacker is operated by the control console mounted on the machine or the hoist colum, depending on weather it is a floor mounted or hoist mounted Unloader Stacker.
A hydraulic unit is required to operate this equipment and can be supplied by the customer or quoted upon request.
