Leading the Industry in precise control of single and double panel feeding!!

This is the ultimate machine for simultaneous loading of hot presses, with its precisely controlled hydraulic tray carriage, rotating flag sweep arms and panel positioning arms.

Safety and simplicity are stressed throughout the design with special power interrupt barriers for operator and spectator protection.

Units can be produced as roll-a-head, roll-a-side or declining, depending upon customer requirements.

Charger trays are provided with easily replaceable brake lining style, wear strips and brass pusher bars eliminate scarring of the hot press platens.

A proportional valve along with a linear transducer insures precise control of the tray carriage travel.

The operator console placement and arrangement insures complete coordination of the charger feeder, charger, receiving rack and unloader stacker.

A hydraulic unit is required to operate this equipment and can be supplied by the customer or quoted upon request.


SPAR-TEK machines are completely assembled and shop tested for structural, mechanical, air, hydraulic and electrical integrity. 24-hour service is available along with quality replacement parts.
