Trim Saw Information
Spar-Tek Industries builds a number of different trim saws for a variety of applications from a basic double end trim saw with a pair of stationary blades to a combination trim-core saw with one moving blade for core or sheets.
These can also be furnished with a hold-down device to compress the stack as it is cut, keeping the veneer tight together to keep the chips and dust from filling in between the sheets. This is especially important on a layup line where this debris interferes with the glue line.
Combination trim-core saws with package bumps and multiple stack storage are offered to maximize throughput and minimize the footprint for restricted areas.
